DIDID Brand Spaces developed a scalable design concept for ALJ Toyota that strengthens TOYOTA’s market leadership in Saudi Arabia and effectively stages the new #BEGIN campaign.
The customer journey begins before the showroom: visitors are attuned to the brand experience through a well-thought-out design and routing. Inside, a central welcome desk receives guests, from which they are directed to lounge areas, vehicle zones or after-sales service.
A consistent design language connects all areas and strengthens the emotional connection to the TOYOTA brand. At the same time, the concept takes into account the requirements of premium dealers and wholesalers who present several automobile brands, and provides solutions for every usage situation.
The result is a comprehensive design guide that combines orientation, experience and brand presence. Visitors actively perceive the brand, are involved in the world of experience and experience TOYOTA’s claim to modern mobility and customer loyalty first-hand.
