DIDID gave the traditional Daniel Wischer restaurant a new, contemporary design concept, successfully bridging the gap between Hanseatic down-to-earthiness and modern interior design.
The six-meter-high entrance area is dominated by an open kitchen, where fresh fish is prepared directly in front of the guests’ eyes. The loft-like space combines maritime elements with historical photographs and press articles from the restaurant’s history – a tribute to Daniel Wischer’s long tradition.
High-quality materials and a well-thought-out spatial design underline the inviting atmosphere and create authentic, modern hospitality.
The concept is complemented by the revised corporate design of our partner agency weissraum.de(sign)°, which stylishly rounds off the holistic brand image and offers visitors a consistent, high-quality experience.
