HCOB Campus – Rethinking Work – Spaces for Exchange and the FutureHamburg / 1,400 m² / Interior Design
The world of work is changing: classic office concepts are giving way to flexible structures that promote openness, collaboration, and identification. In times of skilled worker shortages, the working environment is becoming a crucial factor in employer attractiveness and an effective instrument in employer branding.
With a total area of 1,400 m², the HCOB Campus forms the new heart of Hamburg Commercial Bank. Open spaces, clear structures, and functional design create a working environment that promotes inspiration, exchange, and efficiency in equal measure.
The central component of the campus is the spacious coworking area, which seamlessly transitions into the newly designed cafeteria. The open space design supports cross-departmental dialogue, strengthens collaboration in everyday work, and promotes a networked, agile corporate culture.
The design concept offers modular workplace situations, meeting cubes in various sizes, comfortable retreat areas, auditoriums for presentations, and community tables for spontaneous discussions. This creates an inspiring workspace that intelligently combines communication and concentration and lays the foundation for a future-oriented work culture.
